Use method for Cookware Handle Fatigue Tester:
1. First, place the instrument in a level place on a flat table.
2. Test the specimen for resistance to heating in advance according to BS EN 12983-1 Annex B.
3. Grip the handle of the cooker with a suitable clamp.
4. adjust the "angle adjustment knob," so that the bottom of the cooker and the rising platform plane parallel, adjust the "lifting hand wheel," so that the rising platform plane from the bottom of the cooker 1mm. If some cookers are very short, and the lifting platform is more than 1mm from the bottom of the cooker after lifting to the highest position, the operator should remove the plane of the lifting platform, increase the raising rod to raise the lifting platform, and then install the plane of the lifting platform.
5. Place a 5mm thick rubber pad between the surface of the lift platform and the bottom of the cooker.
6. Place a weight that simulates the weight of the water into the cooker.
Set the counter to 150 × 100 (coefficient), press the "start" button, rotate the "speed control" button, so that the tachometer shows 25, the equipment automatically drives the cooker to reciprocate at a speed of 25 times / minute, and when it reaches 15000 times, the equipment automatically stops.
8. At the end of the test, check the cooker handle for permanent damage and the fasteners for looseness.
9. Draw conclusions after testing.
