System overview:
The test system is mainly used for the reliability and life performance testing of dishwashers, and intelligently analyzes various parameters according to requirements. The system is a comprehensive test equipment for fully automatic monitoring and collecting data, so that operators can easily, intuitively and comprehensively understand the performance of the tested product in order to achieve the purpose of product sorting.
Technical Characteristics:
1. Design workstations: 10. A row of machine positions, with two sides, back-to-back design, 5 workstations on each side. Each station is divided into two layers, the first layer machine directly landed, width 800mm, depth 700mm, height 900mm, the second floor is a stainless steel frame with a width of 800mm, a depth of 500mm, and a height of 900mm. There is a drainage groove under the machine position.
2. Product working power: The power requirement of each station is 2kW, each station has 2 power sockets, one of which is a 10A five-hole multi-purpose socket, powered by variable frequency power supply. The other 10A five-hole socket is powered by the mains 220V. The upper and lower layers are respectively equipped with variable frequency power supply, voltage range: adjustable between 50V and 270V, frequency range: 50Hz and 60Hz can be converted mutually.
3. Product working water source: Tap water. Each test bench is convenient to set up a tap.
4. Electrical parameter measurement: Each station is equipped with 1 electric parameter meter (10 in total), which can monitor the voltage, current and power of each product.
5. The dishwashers are placed directly on the test stations.
Functional Indicators:
1. Each station is an independent control system, controlled by computer.
2. Real-time monitoring of the electrical parameters of each product, if an abnormality occurs, the system will automatically alarm and stop the test (optional: continue testing or stop), corresponding alarm information can be displayed on the man-machine interface, and historical information can also be inquired in the data central processing system.
3. The test parameters of the corresponding station UUT can be set on the man-machine interface of the control system software of each unit; test or non-test of each station can be freely selected.
4. Leakage detection: leaking outward, the water leakage detection sensor is placed at the bottom of the product placement station, and the water leakage detection can be realized by the sensor detecting whether there is a water signal.
5. Each station is designed with two pipeline systems for water inlet (tap water) and drainage: the water inlet of the station is a 4-division pipe diameter; the drainage is a 1-inch pipe diameter, which is convenient for the product to empty the water.
