Overview:
This vibration system conforms to IEC 60068-2-6, it is required by IEC 62133-1:2017 clause 7.2.2, IEC 62133-2:2017 clause 7.3.8.1,etc.
1. Double magnetic circuit structure surrounds, compared with the single magnetic circuit, the magnetic field strength is stronger, the platform body is smaller, and the magnetic flux leakage is smaller.
2. Skeleton-free moving coil: Due to the elimination of the moving coil bobbin, the active system is lightweight, the no-load acceleration is high, and the first-order natural vibration frequency of the moving coil is high, so that the full-band waveform distortion become small and the moving coil heat dissipation is good.
3. Suspension device: roller arm suspension system and linear bearing guide, so that the vibration table guide performance is good, with good anti-unbalanced load capacity.
4. The air spring support with small dynamic stiffness and large static stiffness is selected to have strong bearing capacity and good low frequency characteristics.
5. The trunnion vibration: vertical vibration can save the special foundation.
6. The special air-cooled low-noise fan adopts a new air duct design to enhance the cooling effect.
Technical Parameters:
The vibration test system consists of One-piece horizontal vibration generator / Vertically-expanded tabletop / Cooling fan with muffler /Digital switching power amplifier / vibration control measuring instrument. In addition, according to the size of the user's test piece, it needs to be customized or matched with the vertical expansion table and can be combined with the environmental test box to form an integrated environmental test equipment.
