High Voltage High Current EV Power Battery Detection System for Automotive Large Battery Packs
This test equipment is designed for the test requirements of large battery packs. It communicates with the control circuit of the battery pack through the CANbus communication protocol to obtain the battery data in the battery pack, including manufacturing and real-time sampling data, and transmits it to the host computer for monitoring, recording, and generating data reports.
Features:
1. Energy efficient
With bidirectional DC/DC and DC/AC power units, it can efficiently discharge battery discharge energy, reduce the input of air conditioning and exhaust systems, and reduce production costs.
2. Fast response
DC/DC adopts single-CPU control, reduces data communication time, and dynamic conversion time is less than 10 mS, which is superior to the system that uses power units in parallel.
3. Excellent performance
The controller adopts high-speed, high-precision sampling control chip, fiber drive + self-made driver board design, strong anti-interference ability, system conversion efficiency> 94%, grid harmonic <3%, power factor> 0.99, charge and discharge accuracy <0.1 %.
4. Patented heat dissipation
Centrifugal fan, patented upper air inlet, lower air outlet heat dissipation scheme, efficient cooling air duct design, good heat dissipation effect, low temperature rise of the device, can effectively reduce dust and sand into the cabinet, and prolong product life.
5. CANBUS communication:
The median machine communicates with the battery pack through the CAN protocol and obtains information on battery packs from the BMS. This enables real-time monitoring and protecting battery pack status.
6. Easy to maintain
Vulnerable components are maintained at the front, easy to replace, and short for maintenance.
