Equipment overview:

This test instrument can meet the test requirements of domestic and international standards and can be widely used. It has a precision digital meter, so it can accurately measure smaller or larger current voltages. The pulley replacement method is simple and convenient. The test equipment adopts chain drive mechanism with stable performance and low noise.

 

The tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60227.2 Article 3.1, Figure 1, IEC 60245.2 Article 3.1, Figure 1, IEC60245-1 Article 5.6.3.1 and other standards. It meets the requirements of the relevant standards for mechanical strength bending test of rubber-plastic wires and cables. This test does not apply to flexible cables with a nominal cross-sectional area of the core greater than 4mm2 , and cables with more than 18 cores and more than two concentric layers.

 

How to installand adjustof the pulleys?

  • Select the appropriate pulley according to the diameter of the test wire/cable and the number of wire/cable cores.
  • Installation: Loosen and remove retaining nut, pull out pulley, replace pulley, install retaining nut and tighten.
  • Adjustment: Release the screws of 1, 2, A, B pulleys, then adjust pulleys’ positions, to make segments of the sample are horizontal and parallel to each others. Shown as below pictures:
