Product Information:

 

It is conforming to IEC 62560 clause 6.2, IEC 60598-1clause 4.14.2, Mainly used to detect the bending moment of a semi-luminaire intended to be connected to a screw or bayonet socket due to its own weight.to Test the bending moment of the lamp in the lamp holder. The device adopts aluminum profile frame, imported push-pull force meter and precision linear guide rail. It has beautiful appearance, stable movement and small clearance to ensure accurate test.

Test Principle:

 

As structure figure below : Supporting the lamp head through the thin metal piece on the left ,use pull and push gauge hang the top of the lamps, Shake the lift handle, make the push-pull gauge gradually rise to the level of the lamp, record the pull and push gauge’s display data , This force value is multiplied by the force arm (the distance from the support point on the left side of the lamp to the connection point on the right side of the lamp) is the bending moment applied by the lamp to the lamp holder. This bending moment shall be less than the value specified in Table 2. Note: The weight of the lamp itself should not exceed the weight given in Table 2.
