Overview:
Application Background: Damage to products and materials caused by natural water (rain, sea water, river water, etc.) results in incalculable economic losses every year. The damage caused mainly includes corrosion, discolouration, deformation, loss of strength, swelling, mould, etc. Electrical products in particular are susceptible to fire due to short circuits caused by rainwater. Therefore, water testing of enclosure protection for specific products or materials is an essential and critical process.
General application areas: outdoor lighting, household appliances, automotive parts and other electrical and electronic products.
Equipment Function: The main function of the equipment is to test the physical properties and other related properties of electrical and electronic products, lamps, electric cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorbikes and their parts under simulated climatic conditions. At the end of the test, through the verification to determine whether the product performance meets the requirements, to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.

Power Switch
1. The user must configure the equipment with the appropriate capacity leakage protection air switch at the installation site, and the switch must be used independently for the equipment.

Water Source
1. Require the user to configure a water source for the equipment at the installation site, with a water pressure of not less than 0.2Mpa, and install a 4-point tap. 2.
