Products Description
CISPR22 Conducted Emission CE 30MHz~6GHz Frequency Range EMI Emission Test System
Standards & Clauses:
CISPR11 / GB4824: Industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment and similar equipment –Radio-frequency disturbance characteristics –Limits and methods of measurement
Samples and Restrictions:
Industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment; vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines; sound and television broadcast receivers and associated equipment; electrical lighting; information technology equipment; etc.
Application:
It is used to measure whether the EUT conducts interference to the surrounding environment through the power line and signal / control line under normal working conditions. If the interference signal is too large, it will affect the power quality of the entire power grid, thus interfering with the normal operation of other electrical appliances. During the actual test, the test object may generate strong transient signal during power-on, which may impact and damage the RF input port of the test receiver. Therefore, it is generally required to set a line between the AMN and the receiver to suppress the transient Pulse limiter for the state signal. If the test subject current is too large (for example, greater than 400A) or can not be measured using the AMN, you can use CISPR 16-1-2 specified high-impedance voltage probe measurements.
Test Principle:
The conducted emission test system mainly measures the harassment of EUT to the surrounding environment through the power line, signal port and control port under normal working conditions. The test frequency range is mainly from 9 kHz to 30 MHz. The harassment limits for different products are specified by different standards, but the basic method is the same.

Shielded room
Amplifier Gain
During the test, the output terminal of the artificial power network should be 0.8m away from the terminal of the EUT, and connected by two power lines of a 0.8m long three-core flexible cable. The height of the bench-top EUT is required to be 0.8m or more, and the height of the floor-standing EUT is required to be 0.1m or more. Grounded metal plates are placed on the wall and the ground, and the EUT is 0.4m away from the vertically grounded metal plates.
