DIN VDE 0620-1 2010 Maximum And Minimum Withdrawal Force Verification Apparatus
Products Description
DIN VDE 0620-1:2010 Maximum And Minimum Withdrawal Force Verification Apparatus
Product Information For Maximum And Minimum Withdrawal Force Verification Apparatus:
This apparatus is designed to meet the exacting requirements of major international standards such as IEC 60884-1:2013 clause 22.1 Fig 18 and Fig 19. It is used to test whether the maximum force of pulling the plug from the socket and the minimum force of pulling the single plug pin from the plug bush is in the range of the standard required. The clamping system is easy to operate.
Technical Parameters For Maximum And Minimum Withdrawal Force Verification Apparatus:
1. Plug: Test plugs are made according to DIN VDE 0620-1:2010 standards, The gauge is included in the item no.2 SN2101-VDE.
2. The plug pin size is of the maximum value, the bolt spacing is nominal distance ± 0.05mm, length is within tolerance. The size of the unipolar pin is of the minimum value, length is within tolerance.
3. weight:
36N x1
45N x1
48.6N x1
4N x1
5N x1
5.4N x1
Note: the weight of the main weight includes the weight of the corresponding test plug and hook.
Test requirements For Maximum And Minimum Withdrawal Force Verification Apparatus:
1. The socket-outlet maximum withdrawal force should meet the requirements of Table 16. The main weight of maximum withdrawal force, together with the supplementary weight, the clamp, the weigh tray and the test plug are applied on the test plug, the plug should be disengaged from the socket-outlet.
2. The minimum force should meet the requirements of Table 16. The required test pin gauge is inserted into insert-sleeve of the socket; the gauge shall not fall from the contact assembly within 30 s.

1. Application of the maximum withdrawal force: The plug is separated from the socket, judged as qualified; plug is not separated from the socket, you can make the supplementary weight from a height of 50mm fall onto the principle weight, it is judged as qualified if the plug is disengaged from the socket.
2. Application of the minimum withdrawal force: The gauge shall not fall from the contact assembly within 30 s, then judged as qualified.
