EU ErP Energy Efficiency Lab Dust Removal Performance Test For Dry Vacuum Cleaners
Products Description
EU ErP Energy Efficiency Dust Removal Performance Testing System for Dry Vacuum Cleaners
Overview:
Main testing parameters of energy efficiency include voltage (U) of vacuum cleaner, current (I), input power (PI), power factor (AC, no DC power factor, PF), suction power (P2), air volume (Q), vacuum degree (H) and efficacy (N). The testing system adopts electric parameter tester to test the input electric parameters of vacuum tester (digital synchronous sampling technology is adopted to accurately measure parameters, such as voltage, current, power, true virtual value of power factor).
Main testing parameters of dust removal efficiency include automatic data sampling and automatic calculation of dpuc, dpuhf and AEg, AEc and AEhf are realized.
With volume and vacuum sensor and secondary meters, composite of testing input parameters (suction power, flow, vacuum degree) and efficacy, can automatically testing the data of all orifice plates of vacuum cleaner by cooperating with PC computer and control system. Moreover, with this tester, all testing data can be drawn into curve, inquired, saved and printed (including report, curve, testing report). With automatic operation function, this tester is applied to testing vacuum cleaners by all manufacturer and testing mechanism of vacuum cleaner.
