Product information:

Application:The main test parameters are the vacuum cleaners’ voltage (U), current (I), input power (P1), power factor (AC), suction power (P2), air volume (Q), vacuum degree (H) and efficiency (N). The test system tests the vacuum cleaner's input electrical performance parameters through an electrical parameter meter (using digital synchronous sampling technology to accurately measure parameters such as voltage, current, power, true RMS power factor, etc.). The output parameters (suction power, flow, vacuum degree) and efficiency are measured by the combination of the flow and vacuum sensors and secondary instruments. Equipped with a PC computer and control system to automatically measure the data of each orifice plate of the vacuum cleaner, all test data can be drawn into curves, queried, and reports, curves, and test reports can be saved and printed. The automatic operation of the tester software is suitable for vacuum cleaner testing by various vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions.

Instrument safety indicators:

System composition:

European standard B: The test bench is equipped with a European standard B pressure equalizing box, fan interface, vacuum cleaner interface, connection signal line, test orifice plate, orifice plate control system, vacuum sensor, contactor, control circuit, orifice plate protection plate, etc.).

 

 

The main function:

 

a. The system automatically adjusts the air inlet orifice plate from large to small, tests the input voltage, current, input power, power factor, frequency, output power and vacuum degree of the vacuum cleaner, and calculates the air volume value based on the vacuum degree through a standard formula. The test value is displayed by LED, and the computer completes the 0~10 air volume collection points.

b. Controlled by computer, all characteristic curves are completed at one time. The six curves are:

c. The test can mark the maximum vacuum degree test Hmmax, maximum air volume measurement Qmax, maximum suction power measurement Psmax, maximum efficiency measurement ηmax, and the data of each test.

d. The tested data can be stored and test reports and curves can be output according to user requirements.
