Standard: Complies with clause 18.101 of IEC60335-2-7:2016.

Uses: It is used to test the durability of the interlocking device of pulsar washing machine lid, and the force test when the interlock is actuated, so as to verify the reliability of the interlocking device; also used to assist other tests for repeated opening and closing operations of the pulsar washing machine lid.

structure:

The equipment consists of electrical control cabinet (including load voltage regulating device), rack and manipulator. There is one test station for testing pulsar washing machine with a cover top.

Equipment principle:

The on/off actions of the interlocking device are controlled through developed program, the manipulator is driven by servo motor to reciprocating open and close the lid at a certain speed with a fixture clamping the lid, thus, to verify the reliability of the interlocking device. A force sensor is mounted on the manipulator to form a closed loop control with the servo motor, to accurately control the lid opening/closing force values.

Precautions:

 

The operating angle must be confirmed before the suction cup of the manipulator and the sample cover are sucked together, otherwise the sample will be damaged.

Before starting the voltage, the voltage adjustment knob must be adjusted to the minimum position.
