Structure and features:
This device consists of a dripping mechanism, a swing pipe rain mechanism, a water spray mechanism, a water immersion tank, a pressure water-tight container, a turntable and an electrical control cabinet. The drip tank bracket is wall-mounted and is controlled by a motor to automatically rise and fall, with an anti-fall function; one end of the swing tube mechanism is hung on the wall, and the other end is fixed on the floor support frame, and is driven by the motor to swing left and right; the water spray mechanism is installed on the bracket; immersed in water The box and electrical control cabinet are made into a whole, and the hanging basket carrying the sample is lifted and lowered by an electric hoist; the pressure water-tight container is placed separately and connected to the control cabinet and water tank; the load turntable is adjustable in speed and is used for IPX1-6 testing , the turntable can be tilted 15°, and is equipped with a water filtration and cleaning device to prevent pinhole clogging. This system has an open structure.

Structure:
The test equipment consists of a drip mechanism, an oscillating mechanism, a water jet mechanism, an immersion tank, an IPX8 pressure watertight container, an electrical control cabinet and a turntable. The bracket of drip box is wall-hanging and with anti-drop function, which can lift automatically controlled by motor. One end of the oscillating mechanism is mounted on the wall, and the other end of the oscillating mechanism is fixed on the floor support, the tube is caused to oscillate by motor driving. The nozzle is fixed on the floor stand support. The water tank and electrical control part are integrated, the sample basket lifting is driven by electric hoist. The rotation speed of turntable is adjustable, used for IPX1 ~IPX6 test, and can be tilted 15°, used for IPX2 test. The test equipment is equipped with a water filter cleaning device to prevent pinhole blockage. This whole system adopts open type structure.
