Overview:
The luminaire durability aging test room meets the requirements of Section 12.3 of the Chapter 12 “Endurance Test” and Annex K “Temperature Measurement” of IEC60598-1:2014.
This testing system has excellent cost performance, long-term operating temperature stability, high precision test data, good test results, highly recommended by lighting manufacturers, quality and technology supervision and inspection institutions, third-party testing laboratories and etc.
Application and test principle:
Used for endurance test of luminaries under normal operation.
Simulate the normal use environment of the luminaires, provide a constant current source to the luminaires and simulate normal on-off, and control the ambient temperature within the enclosure to prevent the temperature accumulation from affecting the life of the sample.
Structure:
1. It can control the ambient temperature of the testing room, with heating and cooling functions, and equipped with a temperature sensor to measure and monitor the ambient temperature in real time. Heating is stopped when the temperature is reached, the heat is blown through the fan and stabilized within the set range. If the luminaire is overheated during operation, by introducing the outdoor room temperature, then the indoor ambient temperature constant to the set temperature through cyclic convection cooling.
2. It has 6 channels independent adjustable outputs; each channel has independent working status monitoring and working time indication. Dedicated control software monitors the working status, each test voltage, test time (boot time, shutdown time), and test cycles can be independently set according to actual needs. It can set various on-off cycles and the time setting of each cycle (such as 21h power-on, 3h power-off, 10 cycles).
3. It has fault detection functions such as over-temperature detection, open circuit detection, short-circuit detection, etc., and records the time of failure and the number of completed tests.

Luminaires test installation workbench/bracket:
Casters are mounted on the bottom of the luminaire test installation workbench. It is easy for installation, and can meet the installation requirements of fixed lamps (ceiling lamps, wall lamps), recessed lamps, table lamps, street lamps and other lamps. There are 2 layers on the installation workbench, overall size is about 1800mm * 1000mm * 1400 mm (length x width x height) (the first layer is about 400mm high, the second layer is about 1400mm high), each layer is equipped with about 10 power sockets. Each layer can be individually powered for 24 hours and 3 hours for power off.
