This windproof chamber is designed according to standard Cl. 12.4.1 and 12.5.1 (with appendix D) IEC : 60598-1:2014+AMD 1:2017.
Product overview:
This windproof chamber is applied to provide standard environment condition for lamps product temperature measurement.
The bottom surface is solid wood panels, the other sides are double-layer metal mesh, mesh spacing is 150mm, ventilation rate of about 40%; various mounting plate, a light blocking plate are installed inside of the windproof chamber; all the plates are painted with no gloss black spray.

External requirements:
There is at least 300mm clearance around the top and sides of the draft shield.
The location of the windshield should be as far away as possible from the air flow and prevent sudden changes in air temperature and radiant heat of the light source.
Ambient temperature: about 25 ℃.
The gap between the inner surface of the draft shield and any part of the lamp should be at least 200mm.
When multiple lamps are tested at the same time, attention should be paid to use light barriers to prevent the radiant heat between lamps from affecting each other.
Different lamps are tested in the same state as they are in actual use as far as possible. This equipment has provided a variety of baffles that can be combined to facilitate various combinations.
