Test purpose: Used to detect the socket structure of the screwless terminal During or after the socket is installed on the installation box or wall, the connection and/or disconnection device of the screwless terminal cannot be triggered by the wire, verifying the safety performance of its structure.

 

Test principle: Use push rod connection test tool 1 (Ф50 steel ball) to apply 120N thrust to the connection and/or disconnection device. After the force value is reached, the equipment automatically controls the motor to drive the cam mechanism to drive the weight tray to release the weight, make it apply a pulling force of 30N to the wire, and automatically reset after reaching the test time of 1min.
