Test Steps

 

1. Clamp the sample plug with the sample fixture.

2. Loosen the fixing screws on the back of the fixture, and adjust the clamp up, down, left and right so that the plug pin and plug pin fixture are on a horizontal centerline.

3. Insert the plug pin fixture into the plug pin and tighten the screw on the fixture.

4. Hang up the pull force weight according to the standard, start the 1min pull force test, and remove the weight after the time is up.

5. Hang up the 50N weight on the torque line to apply a 0.4N·M torque force to the sample, and start 1min torque test.

6. After the test is completed, remove the sample to observe whether the plug pin is damaged according to the standard.
