IEC 61000-3-2 EMC Test Equipment Harmonic Current / Voltage Fluctuations And Flicker EMI Test
Products Description
IEC 61000-3-2 Harmonic Current, Voltage Fluctuations and Flicker EMI Test System
Standards & Clauses:
IEC 61000-3-2 / GB 17625.1: Harmonic Current Limit Issued by Low-Voltage Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Equipment Input Current ≤16A per Phase)
Samples and Restrictions:
Electronic products, lighting equipment
Application:
Harmonic current testing primarily measures the harmonics injected into the grid while the EUT is operating. Voltage fluctuations and flicker mainly measure the voltage changes in grid caused by EUT.
Test Principle:
Due to extensive use of switching power supplies in electronic products, while improving power efficiency, a large amount of harmonic current is injected into the power grid due to non-linear power conversion, which not only interferes with other devices in the same power grid but also causes the neutral Current overload, affecting transmission capacity. In addition, the phase control of the power supply can also cause changes in the rms current of the power grid, causing the rms voltage on the load side to fluctuate, causing the lights of the lighting to flicker.
Structure:
Main test equipment: pure power, harmonic scintillation analyzer, EMC test software
Use Environment:
Power supply: 220V ± 10%, 50 / 60Hz
Ambient temperature: 5 °C ~ +40 °C, there should be no high concentration of dust, corrosive gas, flammable and explosive objects
