Equipment inner box
Made of 2mm SUS304 stainless steel + 3mm cold-rolled steel plate, with external welded reinforcement ribs to ensure the strength of the inner box. Prevent the impact of battery explosion from damaging the box. Adopts TIG continuous welding; has acid-proof, explosion-proof and corrosion-proof functions; C5 channel steel is welded on the outside of the box for reinforcement;
Three sets of high-strength stainless steel hinges are installed on the left and right sides of the door. A single hinge can withstand 3 tons of force in transverse stretching without breaking. Even if it is bent in the opposite direction, the two hinge pieces are completely deformed and combined into one without breaking, ensuring the fixing strength of the left side of the door.
Explosion-proof design
1) The equipment is integrally formed, and the explosion-proof strength of the box body meets the explosion strength of two 230Ah battery cells. Effective explosion-proof pressure relief design is carried out. The steel plate material is treated with rust-proof insulation and is effectively flame-retardant. Structural design drawings are provided. Explosion-proof chains are installed to prevent the box door from being opened.
2) Use 2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel inner wall + 3mm cold-rolled steel plate and 5# channel steel reinforcement. At the same time, add a pressure relief port (300*300mm). According to the finite element software analysis, under this yield pressure, it is calculated that the box + pressure relief port can withstand a force of ≥ 1.2bar under the condition of pressure relief. It meets the pressure generated by 230AH battery failure.
Explosion-proof chain
Install 2 explosion-proof chains (φ8mm) on each side of the gate (4 pieces in total) to prevent the gate from bouncing open and flying out under the impact of an explosion.

Structural requirements

Exhaust system
Each chamber can be controlled independently. The smoke generated by the test sample can be automatically detected and alarmed and the smoke can be discharged through the pipe. The discharge volume needs to be provided.

Install lighting system
Strong base and frame
The base of the equipment is welded with channel steel. The frame is welded with channel steel on the base, and the whole equipment is fixed on the channel steel frame, which is strong and durable, with small vibration and low noise during operation.
Strong door frame
The door frame outer box sheet metal is reinforced by welding channel steel around the perimeter. The hinges and door locks are fixed on this channel steel. M6 high-strength bolts are used to fix the door frame to ensure the strength of the box.
Door
The equipment adopts a single hinged door, and a double-layer silicone rubber sealing strip is used between the door and the box body, which is resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and ensures sealing performance;
Door reinforcement
Hinges are installed on both sides of the door. A 5mm thick L-shaped steel plate is installed on the inner wall of the door lock position for reinforcement. The hinges and door lock are fixed to the L-shaped steel plate with bolts to ensure the strength of the door.
