Product Information:
This Automatic Cordless Kettle Comprehensive Life Test Equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirement of IEC60335-2-15 clause 19.101, 19.102 and 22.103, and etc.
It is used to test the comprehensive life test, verification and reliability and durability of the whole machine of the cordless kettle for household and similar purposes
The equipment is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and operated by a 7-inch color touch screen. Built-in adjustable load, adjustable current and voltage, can guarantee input 0.85 times or 1.15 times power; the equipment can automatically add water, match boiling water test and dry boiling water cooling test; the equipment can realize automatic power on and dry boiling, automatic water injection, automatic water pouring function to realize 100 times of fully automatic water boiling operation, and automatically stop when the number of times is reached.
Technical Parameters:
Including dry boiling (self-cooling), dry boiling (water-cooled), plug (with electricity), plug (without electricity), and circulating boiling water:
1. Dry boiling (self-cooling):start→pour water→reset→start dry boiling→dry boiling end (thermostat jumps off)→natural cooling until the temperature controller reset→cycle dry boiling;
2. Dry boiling (water-cooled): start→pour water→start dry boiling→dry boiling ends (thermostat jumps off) →add water to cool until the thermostat reset (water volume adjustable) →pour water→circular dry burning;
3. Plug (without power): start→start plug (cycle work)
4. Plug (powered): start→add water to the kettle (adjustable water volume) →start plugging with electricity→cycle work→change the water at a fixed number of times→cycle in this way
5. Circulating boiling water: start→pouring→reset→add water (water volume can be set) →heating and boiling water→after the water is boiled (the thermostat jumps on) →automatic pouring→reset→cycle work
