Product Information:

 

1. Standard: conform to IEC60601-1:2012, YY9706.252-2021 clause 201.9.8.3.3 and 201.9.8.3.3.4, IEC60601-2-52:2009.

2. Samples and restrictions: the medical bed.

3. Application: it is suitable for medical hospital beds to simulate the dynamic and static load test of the human body. It is also used for the strength, life test, impact, and durability tests of the side rails of medical hospital beds to verify durability, safety, and reliability.

4. Test principle: The servo motor drives the manipulator to perform static load test, dynamic load fatigue test, side rail stress test, tensile life test, impact and durability test on the medical bed.

5. Equipment structure and characteristics: The device consists of an extended work surface, a top-loading mechanical arm, a side-loading mechanical arm, a free-fall driving lifting device, an all-steel frame, and an electrical control cabinet. The test bench uses PLC intelligent central integrated control, touch screen display, and operation, and is driven by a servo motor to apply a certain force value on the top and side of the sample (in the direction required by the standard) for a certain period according to the standard requirements to verify its mechanical strength. The driving device is lifted and lowered to perform a free fall impact test on the hospital bed. Parameters such as test force value, constant force time, and number of tests can be set through the touchscreen interface. Pressure is automatically applied on the sides and top to match specimens of various specifications, and the test process can be fully automated.

Test items and action processes

1. Human body static load test (201.9.8.3.2): loading force value 0-4000N, constant force time: 0-9999min

2. Human body dynamic load test (201.9.8.3.3.1): loading force value 1350N, number of tests: 10,000 times

3. Side rail strength and latch reliability test (201.9.8.3.3.3): Loading force value 1350N

a) Lateral force repeated action cycle test. A force of 100 N perpendicular to the side rail is applied to the top middle portion of the side rail in the direction indicated by E or F in Figure 201.117. Reverse direction. Repeat 3,000 times;

b) Longitudinal force repeated action cycle test. As shown in C or D in Figure 201.117, apply a force of 100N along the longitudinal direction of the sidebar. Reverse direction. Repeat 3,000 times;

c) Vertical force repeated action cycle test. As shown in B in Figure 201.117, apply a force of 100 N on the top of the sidebar in the vertical direction. Repeat 3000 times. No testing is required in direction A;

d) After completing a), b), and c), apply a static load in the direction of Figure 201.117 along the worst-case position. The sidebar must not become unlocked or create other unacceptable risks.
