Insulation Surface Abrasion Resistance Testing Equipment SN1106 A specimen, such as a solutely insulated part, coated printed board, or coated component, used to verify that an appliance for domestic and similar purposes is of sufficient strength to prevent penetration by a sharp instrument.

Test Principle:

This device uses a hardened steel needle to make scratches. The end of the steel needle should be tapered with an apex angle of 40°, and its tip should be rounded and polished, with a rounding radius of 0.25mm ± 0.02mm. The scratch passes through the five pairs of conductive parts, including the middle interval, which should be the part with the largest potential gradient during the test. In the scratch test, when the needle is kept at 80-85° from the horizontal plane, scratch at a speed of 20mm/s±5mm/s. Appropriate load should be applied to the steel needle, so that the steel needle can exert a force of 10N±0.5N along its axis. The distance between the scratches should be at least 5mm, and the distance between the edges of the sample should be at least 5mm. This machine adopts PLC + touch screen control system, stepper motor drive, scratch distance, scratch number and scratch speed can be preset, 90° angle automatic rotation, easy to realize the scratch test in both vertical and horizontal directions
