2J Vertical Hammer Tester 0~1000 mm Manual Release Impact Test Device
- Model:
2J Vertical Hammer Tester 0~1000 mm Manual Release Impact Test Device
2J Vertical Hammer Tester 0~1000 mm Manual Release Impact Test Device
Product details:
This vertical hammer tester meets the standard requirement of the IEC60068-2-75 Test Ehc.
The hammer consists basically of a striking element which falls freely from rest through a vertical height, selected from following table, on to the specimen surface held in a horizontal plane.
The fall of the striking element shall be along a guideway, for example a tube, with negligible braking.
This guideway shall not rest on the specimen and the striking element shall be free of the guideway on striking the specimen.
Technical parameters:
Impact height | 0~1000mm |
Hammer energy | 2J |
Hammer material | Stainless steel |
The conduit: | Φ35×300mm |
Way of releasing | Manual |
Standard | IEC60068-2-75 |
Operation steps:
The impact tester has a 2J stainless steel hammer, the hammer freely drops from 0-1000mm (adjustable) by manually releasing.
A proper hammer is chose according to the related standard requirement. Place the sample on the bottom of the conduit and adjust the height of the conduit the height is measured by the ruler) Next, put the hammer on the top of the conduit and press the release button. Thus the impact hammer falls down and hit the sample.
