This test apparatus is design and manufactured according to standard IEC 60335-1 clause 22.32, GB 4706.1 clause 22.32. It is use to determine if ceramic material is tightly sintered, consists of two parts: test container and pressure boosting device magenta.
The ceramic material is broken into pieces that are immersed in a solution containing 1 g of fuchsine in each 100 g of methylated spirit. The solution is maintained at a pressure not less than 15 MPa for a period so that the product of the test duration in hours and the test pressure in megapascals is approximately 180.
The pieces are removed from the solution, rinsed, dried and broken into smaller pieces.
The freshly broken surfaces are examined and shall not show any trace of dye visible to the naked eye.

connect to proper power supply, turn power switch on;
press【BOLT PARA】button, make the motor rotate, and the pressure relief bolt alignment to pressure hold handle hole. Then insert the bolt into handle hole;
adjust the test pressure, rotate the red handle, pull the red electric contact pointer, so that the pointer stopped in the test pressure scale.
Set test time
Press【START】to start up test, when the pressure is reached, the black pressure indicator and the red pointer coincide, began to maintain pressure, when test time reach buzzer alarm, automatic pressure relief.
Test completed, turn power off, open the container bottom and inspect the test sample
