The cord bending tester is designed and manufactured according to IEC 60227-1 clause 5.6.3.2, IEC 60227-2 clause 3.2. It is used to checking the power cord flexing(bending) resistance performance. Test object of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V polyvinyl chloride insulated cables.
The test device is easy to operate, can preset the number of test times (up to 999999 times), the test speed and test angle can be adjusted, load current 0-1A stepless adjustable, and with the current conduction detection function. Tester will stop automatically when preset test times completed or detected conduction interrupt, record the tested times and alarm with sound. The equipment is manufactured according to the standard and the sample fixture matches the multiple samples.
