Products Description
Toasters Abnormal Operation Endurance Tester For Electrical Appliance IEC60335-2
Product Overview For Toasters Abnormal Operation Endurance Tester:
The toasters abnormal operation endurance test equipment complies with IEC60335-2-9 clause 19.101. It is used for testing toaster’s endurance under abnormal operation.
It adopts a multi-function universal clamp, which can hold different samples and has strong versatility. It is suitable for testing most of the toasters.
The numbers of operation cycles, test times, temperature and current can be real-time
displayed.
The test equipment can stop testing automatically after the preset test times are reached.
Technical Parameter For Toasters Abnormal Operation Endurance Tester:
Test Principle For Toasters Abnormal Operation Endurance Tester:
Toasters are operated at rated power input and under normal operation, but without bread, for six cycles of operation, the toaster is then forced to cool to approximately room temperature. This test is carried out 500 times. The ejector mechanism shall operate satisfactorily, and no sustained arcing shall occur. Electrical connections shall not work loose, and the appliance shall withstand the electric strength test of 16.3 of IEC60335-2-9.
