Product introduction:

 

The vehicle inlets drive over testing machine is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with clause 33 of the IEC 62196-1:2022 standard and etc., and meets the test method requirements specified in Section 7.21 of the GB/T 20234.1-2023 standard. It is a test equipment used to evaluate the resistance of electric vehicle power supply plugs and power supply sockets and vehicle plugs and vehicle sockets to vehicle crushing.

The equipment is driven by Panasonic servo motor, cylinder and slide mechanism, PLC process control, and touch screen to set test parameters. Use standard P225/75R15 automotive tires and apply a pressure of 5000±250N / 11 000 ± 550 N to the tires using weights. Run over the power supply plug or vehicle plug at a speed of (8±2) km/h (tire inflation pressure 220kPa±10kPa). The entire test process is controlled by the operator, and the system completes it automatically, making it safe and reliable. The equipment has beautiful appearance, high degree of automation, easy and reliable operation, and is durable.

Test Principle:

Place the power plug and vehicle plug with the manufacturer's recommended cables loosely on the cement floor. Use automobile tires with the same load as P225/75R15 to apply a drive over force of (5000±250)N or (11000N±550)N. Drive over the overcharged electric plug or plug function box at a speed of (8±2)km/h (tire inflation pressure 220±10)kPa. Use simulation to test the ability of the power supply plug or plug function box to withstand damage caused by vehicle crushing. The equipment is configured to prevent sample movement.
